A.  FKM基聚合物

外观: 半透明或乳白色雪花

使用周期: 两年

用法: 在复合过程中应加入交联剂和其他填料。最好在内部混合器中使用。

优点:

*货架寿命长。

*用户可以根据自己的需要调整这一提法。

缺点:

*对新用户不友好。没有适当的经验很难取得令人满意的业绩.

*比什佩诺交联剂对健康有害。

B.  FKM固化组合聚合物

外观: 白色或灰白色薄片

使用周期: 两年

用法: 交叉连接器和加速器已经添加。用户只需要在复合过程中添加文件。可用于双辊搅拌机。

优点:

*货架寿命长。

*用户可以根据自己的需要调整这一提法。

用户友好型。很容易处理。

缺点:

未准备使用。

C.  全化合物

外观: 五颜六色的薄片

提供颜色: 黑色、绿色、红色、蓝色、棕色或其他要求的颜色

使用周期: 6-12个月

用法: 十字线和填充物加入。它可以使用了。可用于双辊搅拌机。

优点:

准备使用。即使是新用户也很容易处理。

● User could adjust the formulation based on own needs.

Disadvantages:

● Unfriendly for new users. Its difficult to get satisfactory performance without proper experience.

● Bishpenol crosslinker is harmful for healthy.

B. FKM cure incorporated polymer

Appearance: white or off-white flakes

Shelf life: two years

Usage: Crosslinkers and accelerator already been added. User just need to add filers during compounding. It can be used on two-roller mixer.

Advantages:

● Shelf life is long.

● Economic.

● User could adjust the formulation based on own needs.

● User friendly. Easy to handle.

Disadvantages:

● Not ready for use.

C. FKM full compound

Appearance: colorful flakes

Colors available: Black, green, red, blue, brown or any other requested color

Shelf life: 6-12 months

Usage: Crosslinkers and fillers added in. It is ready for use. It can be used on two-roller mixer.

Advantages:

● Ready for use. Very easy to handle even for new users.
